What are your responsibilities?

Ensuring a pleasant experience with the customers in communicating the best pest control options for their needs and providing treatments.

What do you value about working here?

The time invested in training the technicians on proper mixing procedures for the products. This is very important and necessary to ensure the best results.  The company and supervisors really spend time to ensure this is done correctly.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The clients make it really rewarding.  I really like to solve their problems and provide solutions.  Particularly, with roach issues. This is the hardest to deal with but when I can fix the problem this makes me feel good.

Being local to the community I grew up in.

What was the wildest encounter you have experienced in Pest Control?

Walking into a customer’s attic and having several squirrels staring at me!

Do you have any local ties to the community?

Yes, I was part of the Peekskill football team and now coach the Lakeland High School Basketball team.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know about you?

I enjoy riding motorcycles
